Before — raw patchwork
A brand approached us with uneven badges and inconsistent color matches across runs. Their existing supplier struggled with subtle metallic threads and logo gradients.

After — calibrated runs
We rebuilt the motif with layered stitching, standardized thread recipes, and created a color-sample pass for approval. Final runs matched across fabric types and washes.

Our process — challenge, approach, result
Challenge
Regional designers needed consistent embroidered elements that looked handcrafted but could be produced in quantities without artisanal variance. Color drift, stitch density and material mismatch were recurring problems.
Approach
We introduced a calibrated sampling stage, layered stitch engineering and digital color recipes saved per client. Our samples are tested through wash cycles and photographed for approval before any production run.
Result
Designers received reliable, repeatable work with the textured character they sought. Production lead times tightened, returns declined, and collaborations moved from one-off runs to seasonal programs.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship EU-wide via tracked carriers. Logistics for extra-large orders are arranged case-by-case.
Can you match Pantone colors?
We match visually using weighted thread recipes; exact Pantone inks are not always reproducible but we provide approved swatches before runs.
